In 2026, [CheckonChain](https://www.youtube.com/@checkonchain) and The Bitcoin Adviser stole the idea. Back in February, Checkmate and Peter got together to discuss bear market pain.  It was one of the most popular updates we've put out, largely because people are looking for the voice (or voices) of reason amongst the fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD) that others may use to support their personal agendas and narrative. So here we are again, around the same fiat price, with the same voices spinning the same tired stories.  But what is the truth?  We're not here to tell you what to think, but we would like to present you with fact AND opinion to let you make your own mind up.  Click below to hear what Checkmate and Peter think about where we are (and please reach out to your adviser if you'd like to discuss it further).      Remember, the content of this video is not financial advice.  But you're a Bitcoiner...and Bitcoiners like to listen to opinion but also think for themselves! We hope you enjoy the discussion and consider subscribing to the [CheckonChain YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/@checkonchain) for what we consider to be high signal analysis of Bitcoin.   *If you are not a client but would like to schedule a free Bitcoin security consultation, please click below.  If you'd like to receive these updates directly to your inbox please subscribe to the blog (maximum 1 email per week).* *HODL on!* [FREE Bitcoin Security Review](https://share.hsforms.com/1Yr8nfHwaTBu5pGqCM0c05Aqqrbk) [Subscribe to Blog](https://share.hsforms.com/1qDDdT--OS-qZtNB9B9W45gqqrbk?__hstc=12917928.d0584ce6803f1240859e11359f07fb1e.1781083463979.1781083463979.1781083463979.1&__hssc=12917928.1.1781083463979&__hsfp=7ed73e4b91fc3e3c42f27cba72bc8eb5)   [Check on Chain](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/tag/check-on-chain), [Onchain Analysis](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/tag/onchain-analysis), [Bitcoin Price](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/tag/bitcoin-price) ## Related posts [![](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DALL%C2%B7E%202024-02-11%2015.26.47%20-%20Create%20an%20image%20in%20the%20style%20of%20the%20animated%20TV%20series%20Archer%2c%20showcasing%20a%20riveting%20discussion%20between%20two%20characters%2c%20Joe%20Burnett%20and%20Peter%2c%20about%20t.webp?height=200&name=DALL%C2%B7E%202024-02-11%2015.26.47%20-%20Create%20an%20image%20in%20the%20style%20of%20the%20animated%20TV%20series%20Archer%2c%20showcasing%20a%20riveting%20discussion%20between%20two%20characters%2c%20Joe%20Burnett%20and%20Peter%2c%20about%20t.webp)](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/bitcoin-self-custody-course-episode-1) [Bitcoin](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/tag/bitcoin), [Buying Bitcoin](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/tag/buying-bitcoin), [Bitcoin Education](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/tag/bitcoin-education) ## [Bitcoin Self Custody Course - Episode 1](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/bitcoin-self-custody-course-episode-1) ![Picture of Luke Broyles](https://app.hubspot.com/settings/avatar/1b3ed64b362caebd04d4a8932cd0bd2e) [Luke Broyles](https://content.thebitcoinadviser.com/blog/author/luke-broyles) Mar 2, 2024 2:29:00 PM The personal bitcoin journeys of Luke and Peter The Bitcoin Adviser blog proudly introduces the...
